Le Temple de la Vape will always offer you the best products on our site. However, it may happen that a product contains a manufacturing defect or other anomalies. But don't worry, we're here to fix it. Here is some information you should know before proceeding with a service return request:
- Our products in the following categories: complete kits, electro mod and box, mechanical mod and box, rebuildable atomizer, clearomizer, dripper and battery / charger has a 6-month warranty.
- The warranty does not apply to the following categories: E-liquids, DIY and accessories (example: rebuildable tool, resistance, drip tip, pyrex ... etc.)
- As a reminder, the warranty only works when a product has a manufacturing defect or malfunction. In this case, you can return the product to us within 6 months, from the day of receipt of the product ordered on our site letempledelavape.fr .
We recommend that you do not wait when you realize that your product is defective. Please contact us immediately so that we can set up a rapid replacement treatment after analysis of the replacement.
Le Temple de la Vape is entitled to refuse an after-sales service return for reasons that do not comply with the conditions listed below:
- The natural wear and tear of the product;
- Non-conforming use for which the product is designed;
- Damage, deterioration or accidents resulting from negligence;
- The use of the product with accessories that do not come from our site;
- Lack of the original box or accessories that was sold with the product
- STEP 1: CONTACT US
If you wish to proceed with a return of an after-sales product, as a first step, you must contact us by the channel of your choice (by phone, by email or from your customer area) so that we are informed of your situation and that we can put a solution in place.
- STEP 2: PREPARE YOUR PACKAGE
After validation from us for the return of your product, prepare your package. The material sent must be packaged in its original box and then placed in a cardboard box suitable for the product. This must be protected by bubble wrap type packaging or other protective elements so that it does not suffer damage during transport and then close your package. Please note that any object that is not protected, not secured and damaged during transport will not be taken care of by our after-sales service.
- STEP 3: SHIPPING YOUR PACKAGE
Your package is finally ready to be sent. For this, we ask ourselves to kindly advance the delivery costs which will be automatically refunded to you upon receipt thereof. Please note, please choose a type of delivery service with tracking and send us the proof of dispatch of your package as well as the sales receipt indicating the amount you have paid.

We will let you know when your package has been received at our premises. Our team will check the general condition of your product, analyze any faults that you have explained to us beforehand and that it respects the conditions linked to its warranty. After observation and validation of your after-sales service return, we will replace your product or we will offer you a credit note for the amount of its purchase value if it is no longer in stock or no longer for sale on our website.
